Each bracelet listing includes a size dropdown menu where you can select the size you'd like. In most cases, multiple size options will be available. For listings offered in one size only, simply add it to your cart — no selection needed.

Most listings will have numerous sizing options available. However, if your size isn't listed, feel free to contact us. If we have the materials to make the item in your size, we will!

Measure your wrist using string, floss, or whatever is easiest! Take the string and line it up next to a ruler — this is your wrist size. To determine your bracelet size, add approximately ½" for a snug fit or 1" for a looser fit. If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Having slightly more room is better than not fitting.

Sizes in the dropdown are approximate. Bracelets will be as close to the size you asked for as possible. In the rare chance your design or bead doesn't allow for the bracelet to be exact, an additional gemstone will be added.

Each piece of Poppies & Jules jewelry is handmade using genuine stones, metals, and bead findings. Because every bracelet is crafted by hand and not mass produced, colors and gemstones may vary slightly from piece to piece. You may notice that some beads appear slightly darker or lighter, or have subtle variations — even within the same bracelet. This is not a flaw; it is what gives each piece its own unique character.

Each photo shown is an example of a 7-inch bracelet (Average — our most popular size). If you select a different size, the pattern or bead design may be slightly altered. If you select a larger size, additional beads will be added. If you select a smaller size, some beads will be removed. The bracelet will be made as close to the pictured design as possible.

The first person to purchase a listing will receive the exact bracelet shown in the photo. From there, each bracelet will be recreated to match the original as closely as possible. In some cases, beads may look slightly different due to the natural uniqueness of each gemstone or slight variations in the strand received — but it will always be made as close to the original as possible.

At Poppies & Jules, we do our best to make sure each photo truly reflects the bracelet. Photos are taken in natural light, and we spend hours finding the best angles to give you the most accurate color representation possible.

Even so, colors can look slightly different on your computer, phone, or tablet screen than they do in person. If you have any concerns about a color or are trying to match something specific, please reach out before purchasing and we will give you as much information as we can. Color may also vary slightly depending on the natural characteristics of the gemstone strand used for your bracelet.

Please also keep in mind that some gemstones are simply difficult to capture on camera and may appear slightly different in person. Depending on the light, the color can shift — but trust us, every bracelet is always prettier in person!

Memory Wire Bracelets
Our Miyuki seed bead memory wire bracelets are made to be one size fits most women. Depending on your wrist size, the fit may vary slightly — the smaller the wrist, the looser the bracelet will feel. These bracelets are made with wire, have no clasp, and are very easy to take on and off. They wrap once around the wrist and lay beautifully.

String Bracelets
Our string bracelets are made on multicolor braided string and feature a slide adjustable closure, so they fit virtually everyone — from kids to adults. The bracelet slides to adjust to your wrist, and any extra string will dangle at the ends. If you prefer a cleaner look, simply tie the ends in a bow. Both ends of the string are securely knotted so no beads will fall off. Sizing ranges approximately 6 to 10 inches, though each bracelet string may vary slightly.

At Poppies & Jules, gold filled beads are our standard. Any gold filled materials will be noted as such in the listing. Gold filled jewelry contains a much thicker layer of actual karat gold than gold plated jewelry, which means it is more durable and will last significantly longer. Both gold plated and gold filled materials are used in various designs.

At Poppies & Jules, we are committed to using genuine gemstones in our jewelry. We believe that real stones carry a beauty and energy that simply can't be replicated. Each stone is carefully selected with quality in mind — because you deserve the real thing.

Not all pearls are created equal — and we'll always tell you which is which. Freshwater pearl means exactly that. When a piece simply says "pearl," the origin isn't specified — but the look, the luster, and the intention are all there.

A diffuser bracelet features a porous bead that absorbs essential oils and releases the scent slowly throughout the day — like wearing your calm.

Add 1–2 drops of your favorite essential oil directly onto the porous diffuser bead. Let it absorb for about a minute before wearing. Scent typically lasts several hours. Less is more — start with just one drop and adjust from there.

Any pure essential oil works! Popular choices include lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint, and frankincense.

Not at all! The bracelet is just as beautiful worn without. If you love the look, that's reason enough.

Simply add another drop when the scent fades. There's no limit to how many times you can reuse it.

Over time, repeated use of essential oils may slightly deepen or shift the color of the diffuser bead — this is completely normal and part of the bead's natural character. Each bead develops its own unique patina with use.

To refresh the bead, allow it to air out between uses.

A little love goes a long way! To keep your pieces in tip-top shape, always apply lotions, perfumes, and makeup before putting on your jewelry. This simple habit makes a big difference in how long your pieces stay beautiful.

Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, washing hands, or exercising. Water and moisture can dull gemstones and weaken bead strands over time.

Please keep in mind that sunlight and everyday wear can cause slight color changes over time. This is normal for fashion jewelry and part of its natural character.

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratching and tangling. Keep out of direct sunlight and extreme heat. It is also important to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, scented products, dyed materials, and any harsh chemicals, as these can affect the appearance and longevity of your jewelry.

Each bracelet is thoughtfully crafted and secure, but please treat it with care. To wear, gently roll it onto your wrist rather than stretching or pulling it on. Avoid pulling on any bars, charms, gems, or elastic — a little gentleness goes a long way.

Over time and with regular wear, elastic bracelets can naturally stretch. Rolling your bracelet on rather than pulling it helps preserve its original fit and keeps it looking its best for longer.

Our pieces offer a beautiful balance of high style and affordability. Please keep in mind that these are not solid gold pieces and benefit from a little extra care. After each wear, use a soft cloth to gently remove makeup, dirt, and natural body oils — this simple step will keep your jewelry looking its best.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. While we occasionally ship on Saturdays, this is not guaranteed. All orders ship from the Chicago suburbs in Illinois.

Please note that some bracelet sizes are made to order and may require the full processing time. Ready-to-ship items such as earrings, necklaces, and 7-inch bracelets are typically fulfilled sooner.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $40. Orders under $40 ship at a flat rate of $5.50.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Please note that Poppies & Jules is not responsible for an incorrect address provided at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address entered at the time of purchase. If you catch an error before your order ships, please contact us right away and we will do our best to accommodate the correction.

If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes. In most cases, packages sent to an incorrect address are returned to the sender. If your order is returned to us, Poppies & Jules will contact you once it is received. You will be refunded for the amount of the item(s) only. Original shipping — including shipping paid by the shop if you qualified for free shipping — will not be included. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In some cases, a package may be delivered to the incorrect address and not returned. If this occurs, the customer is responsible for any loss. Poppies & Jules cannot be held liable for orders confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Poppies & Jules is not liable for packages damaged in transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away with a photo of the damage. If it is determined that the item will be recreated, the customer must ship the damaged item back to Poppies & Jules before we can proceed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the damaged item is received and the replacement is made, Poppies & Jules will ship the new item back to you free of charge.

Poppies & Jules is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office with your tracking number. Please note that the post office requires customers to wait a total of 14 days before filing an inquiry. Once the 14 days have passed, the post office will be able to provide additional information and assistance.

All items are final sale. In the case of an issue, please feel free to contact the store. Poppies & Jules will determine each order on a case by case basis.

If it is determined that Poppies & Jules will take back the item, the customer must ship the item back at their own expense in the original condition it came in. Once the item is received and determined to be in the same condition, it will be refunded in the amount of the item(s) only. Original shipping — including shipping paid by the shop if you qualified for free shipping — will not be included. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once we have discussed your piece and confirmed we are able to create it, please know that the timeframe can vary. In most cases, we will need to purchase the gemstones or materials for your order, as we may not have them on hand. Because of this, please allow additional time for materials to arrive before we begin creating your piece.

Full payment is required upfront before any materials are ordered.

Once materials are received, your item will typically take 2–5 days to create, depending on the number of pieces and the complexity of the design. We will keep you updated throughout the entire process so you always know where things stand.

Custom pieces are final sale. We take great pride in every piece we create. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out and we will do our best to take care of you.

Please do not place any jewelry items in your mouth, nose, or ears, and do not swallow any beads or gemstones. All jewelry is used at your own risk.

Whether you are purchasing a kid-specific bracelet or requesting a smaller size from a regular listing, please keep the following in mind. These bracelets are not intended as toys. If your child still puts things in their mouth that they shouldn't, this bracelet is not the right fit for them at this time. Babies and young toddlers should not wear this jewelry. As with all jewelry, children should only wear these pieces with adult supervision and at your own discretion.
