The Bracelet Fit Guide

Using a flexible tape measure or a piece of string, wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone where you'd naturally wear a bracelet. Mark where the ends meet and measure the length — that's your wrist size. Once you have your measurement, use the chart above to find your size. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit or size down for a snugger feel.

For reference, our traditional 8mm gemstone beads are approximately ¼ inch each — so moving up to the next size is just one bead difference!

Use the size chart above to match your wrist measurement to your bracelet size. The average bead bracelet size for women is 7 inches. If you're between sizes, size up for a looser fit or size down for a snug fit.

A well-fitting bracelet should slide over your hand easily but not slip off on its own. Everyone's wrist and preferences are different — add ½" to your wrist measurement for a snug fit or 1" for a looser, more relaxed feel.

Every bracelet is handmade to your chosen size. In most cases we can match it exactly or get very close. In the rare instance it isn't quite right, we'll add one bead to ensure the best fit possible.

Most bracelets are available in all sizes. In some instances, a size may not be listed because we've run out of that particular gemstone in that length. Don't hesitate to reach out though — you never know! If we have the stones, we'll make it. We also welcome custom sizes, so if your size isn't something we typically carry, reach out and we'll do our best to make it work for you.

Our Miyuki seed bead memory wire bracelets are made to be one size fits most women. Depending on your wrist size, the fit may vary slightly — the smaller the wrist, the looser the bracelet will feel. These bracelets are made with wire, have no clasp, and are very easy to take on and off. They wrap once around the wrist and lay beautifully.

Our string bracelets are made on multicolor braided string and feature a slide adjustable closure, so they fit virtually everyone — from kids to adults. The bracelet slides to adjust to your wrist, and any extra string will dangle at the ends. If you prefer a cleaner look, simply tie the ends in a bow. Both ends of the string are securely knotted so no beads will fall off. Sizing ranges approximately 6 to 10 inches, though each bracelet string may vary slightly.
